The UX direction is right — the barrier to self-hosting has always been setup complexity, not the philosophy. One-command deploys lower that barrier meaningfully.

The part I'm curious about: how does YANTR handle key management and backup for the apps it deploys? That's where most self-hosted setups quietly fail people. You get everything running beautifully, then lose the machine or fat-finger a config, and recovering is harder than the initial setup. If the one-click experience extends to backup and restore, that's the real unlock.
