You say that but I did mod my Skyrim to have the NPC's be able to talk back to me. Maybe we give NPC's to little credit xD

Try having a disagreement with them, man. Bet money they walk away or give you the silent treatment in less than 30 seconds.

Depends on the npc. Some of them have better dialogue than half the people I know.
