It's a well known street ruse, they get kids as young as 9 to run drugs and illegal goods.

I also don't think it's UK style I think it's poncey noncey style and men have been doing it forever, and it's practically written into Muslim beliefs that non-Muslim women are fair game for ANYTHING they can't *supposedly do to good Muslim women.
