Github also has a lot of services. I bet this chart uses this methodology for aggregation:

Most of those services are pretty essential though (actions for ci/cd, API for integrations, PRs, etc..) so using the aggregate isn't entirely unfair.

The graph is misleading, but it's still pretty bad when the big players really want 99.<some large amount of 9s>.

I really preferred working at places that just self hosted source control and CI/CD.
