💡 The past week was intense because we finally said out loud—at a system level—a decision that had been maturing for a long time: we’re changing direction.
Our construction business is making a 180-degree turn and stepping into residential real estate development and prefabricated building. We don’t want to keep drifting—we want to make a real impact on how homes can be built in Hungary today: faster, more affordable, and without compromising quality.

🏃‍♂️ Monday morning training done, and that set the tone for a week where we didn’t just talk about change—we started dismantling and rebuilding the system.

🧭 On Tuesday and Wednesday, we held design days, breaking our construction operations into seven development areas. That’s when it became clear: this isn’t fine-tuning—we need a full renewal.
Our focus areas:
– sales & marketing
– design & architecture
– template (mold) building
– production design
– BIM & digital twin
– prefabrication
– execution & controlling

🏗️ We’re exiting the market position we were stuck in for years and moving deliberately toward residential development. Alongside our own developments, we’re opening part of our capacity to contractors, private clients, and small investors—delivering fast-built, turnkey family homes and apartment buildings.

🎯 We’re not building for everyone.
We’re building for those who want affordable, fast, energy-efficient homes with solid structures and low operating costs. That’s our market—and we intend to be excellent at it.

🏭 At our Berente plant, we can produce ~25,000 m² of residential structural elements per year.
On the execution side, we work with top subcontractors, backed by strong engineering and management. Construction isn’t just about materials—it’s about processes, organization, and quality assurance.

🏛️ We treat architecture as product development.
We’ll launch with three family home types and expand to up to twelve by year-end—continuously improving and refining them.

🧩 Template building and production design are key.
It’s not enough for a structure to “work on paper”—it must be manufacturable, assemblable, and scalable. We’re already strong here, and we’re optimizing further.

🚀 This is a rare moment.
A post-generational-transition company, with a young (25–50) leadership layer, modern tools, and a genuine will to change. No buzzwords—just tools that work, and that we’re ready to use.

📅 From late April, we’ll launch our own execution projects. Until then, we’re closing the Nyíregyháza project with an increasing share of in-house performance. We’re warming up—but a big leap is coming.

Have a great day and a strong week ahead!
