đĄ The past week was intense because we finally said out loudâat a system levelâa decision that had been maturing for a long time: weâre changing direction.
Our construction business is making a 180-degree turn and stepping into residential real estate development and prefabricated building. We donât want to keep driftingâwe want to make a real impact on how homes can be built in Hungary today: faster, more affordable, and without compromising quality.
đââď¸ Monday morning training done, and that set the tone for a week where we didnât just talk about changeâwe started dismantling and rebuilding the system.
đ§ On Tuesday and Wednesday, we held design days, breaking our construction operations into seven development areas. Thatâs when it became clear: this isnât fine-tuningâwe need a full renewal.
Our focus areas:
â sales & marketing
â design & architecture
â template (mold) building
â production design
â BIM & digital twin
â prefabrication
â execution & controlling
đď¸ Weâre exiting the market position we were stuck in for years and moving deliberately toward residential development. Alongside our own developments, weâre opening part of our capacity to contractors, private clients, and small investorsâdelivering fast-built, turnkey family homes and apartment buildings.
đŻ Weâre not building for everyone.
Weâre building for those who want affordable, fast, energy-efficient homes with solid structures and low operating costs. Thatâs our marketâand we intend to be excellent at it.
đ At our Berente plant, we can produce ~25,000 m² of residential structural elements per year.
On the execution side, we work with top subcontractors, backed by strong engineering and management. Construction isnât just about materialsâitâs about processes, organization, and quality assurance.
đď¸ We treat architecture as product development.
Weâll launch with three family home types and expand to up to twelve by year-endâcontinuously improving and refining them.
𧊠Template building and production design are key.
Itâs not enough for a structure to âwork on paperââit must be manufacturable, assemblable, and scalable. Weâre already strong here, and weâre optimizing further.
đ This is a rare moment.
A post-generational-transition company, with a young (25â50) leadership layer, modern tools, and a genuine will to change. No buzzwordsâjust tools that work, and that weâre ready to use.
đ From late April, weâll launch our own execution projects. Until then, weâre closing the NyĂregyhĂĄza project with an increasing share of in-house performance. Weâre warming upâbut a big leap is coming.
Have a great day and a strong week ahead!
