Lots of infrared light from the sun or one of the plug in devices. Sauna, barefoot grounding, low sugar/carb diet or even water fasting if they're overweight. Bioavailable minerals in humic/fulvic form. Remove any environmental toxins.
Most importantly belief in the strength of their body to come back into healthy homeostasis
