Not so fluent is my mother's tongue (Cebuano/Bisaya) then Tagalog 🥺
If it counts saying good morning, afternoon, evening in Romanian then it is my last one LOL 🤣
English - fluently unless flustered
Japanese - always limited, halting, and now very rusty
French - just greetings and a couple of phrases
Tagalog - much the same, but my accent is terrible :p
Cat - enough for simple conversations
Cow - as a child I spoke enough Cow to cause curiosity and visible bafflement, but I haven't tried since :D
