I'm not seeing much of that, but we have a lot of regulatory red tape to comply with. Admittedly a very specific niche.
Makes sense to me that it would erode from the inside out, starting with SMB companies that are more cost-conscious than government and large enterprises, but still big enough to have in-house expertise that can build it.
