Where do you get the entrophy from? Does the software guide you through the dice rolls? or is it software generated like the coldcard?

Isn't this the same problem as coinkite, like "trust the code". Shouldn't the advice be to always generate your own entropy. Or can we trust the code because electrum is open source?
