Multiple things at once, but the main one is that my husband missed out on the university place he was hoping for by one mark – and every fallback option also fell through.

The last two years have been one setback after another, and mentally I was just ready for things to turn around.

Still optimistic that the right opportunity will come along for both of us but for now it's just more waiting and uncertainty for the foreseeable future 😅
