Fuckin hell lol. Buttttt... thats a lot of quality stuff for $300. The furniture are all wood construction with actual wood on wood pulls. Just needs a fresh coat of paint or some wax to 3x resale value. Will decide if I keep or not after I do some light PoW. Easy.
