I don't use the Mastodon App, so I can't send you screenshots to show the way to the Authorised Apps section :( Maybe someone else can lend a hand here?
there is bad design on mastodon gui. That menu shows up only if you are already gone to account menu and go again for the hamburger menu -> account. It's kinda antipattern for gui.
