A Von Neumann or Leibniz could probably have inverted a simpler organism's sexuality such as a fish or hamster, but transforming perhaps the most complex organism to ever and will ever exist into its opposite gender is not within means. You would need a team of once in a generation geniuses working their asses off solving a near-infinite amount of exponentially infinite problems such as how genes relating to breast development impact the entirety of the body, how a woman's smaller skull size affects the entirety of her skeleton and why it does so.

The subfield of genetics that would be created by serious people trying to solve the problem of sexually inverting the individual on a temporal level would be bigger than the field of genetics itself. And all of this would be for what, appealing to a fetish that a minority of the population holds?
