I would love if someone explained to me like a laymen why Mutiny is self custody and Wallet of Satoshi is not? I am very new to the game. My main place to buy bitcoin is @Cash App for reference.

Also, how would I host and connect my own lightning node? Are there advantages to it? I have an umbrel set up. I cannot find any place to just go and watch a 10 hour video so that I have full comprehension of this. lol.

With Mutiny your lightning node runs in your web browser or app (not on Mutiny's servers, actually on your local device).
