I spend 5 minutes a day reading “the news.” I use Kagi News thanks to the recommendation from @ODELL.

It’s amazing how in only 5 minutes I can have a gauge of everything that has happened in the past 24 hours.

I kept Twitter for years because I “needed” it to know what was going on in the world. The reality is, 99% of the time I spent there was useless.

Kagi + Nostr is the way.

Yeah 👍🏻 Kagi is pretty good. I also use Brick and have a schedule that from 9am all distracting apps are blocked until 7pm. Helps!

Next step: spend 5 minutes every other day reading the news, until at some point you miss a day and don’t even notice it..
