swirling round the candle light,
carrying a message, urgent and of sorrow
alighting on the porch rail, wings a silent beat.
Its message it imparts with antenna twitch
ballerina dance like moves
A pause, a beat, acknowledgement recieved
Into darkness it disappears to an inky ebony realm
