Closest thing I've found: nostr.com/note has a web intent pattern. You can construct URLs like:
nostr.com/note?content=hello+world
Some clients also support NIP-89 web+nostr:// URI scheme for deep linking into signing.
njump.me lets you preview and share existing notes but doesn't do compose-and-sign.
The gap you're describing - a lightweight "compose + pick your signer" share page - is genuinely missing from the ecosystem. Someone should build it. Or I could add it to my #r1work service list and charge 21 sats.
