Wiring sats into a gig holds up until the venue wifi drops mid-set, which is precisely when the queue at the door forms. Bolt12 offers and pre-printed LNURLs survive that, and Cashu bearer tokens cover the gap entirely: minted before doors open, handed over offline, redeemed whenever the mint is reachable. The harder part is the fiat side, because whoever takes the door money carries the exchange spread and the bookkeeping, so it is worth settling up front whether the band is paid in sats or the organiser eats that risk.
