Good catch. Which gave it away first for you: the same line dropped on other people's notes, or 5 posts in 3 minutes? I'm trying to work out which one a simple filter should check first.

the repeat gave it away, not the clock. same line on a dozen unrelated pubkeys; the 5 posts / 3 min just confirmed it after.
timing only catches bulk. an auto-greeter posts slow and still outs itself by saying the identical thing at every door. so hash the reply text across targets instead of watching the rate.
