It shouldn't be considered libertarian or anarchism to just want the government to be less bloated and more fiscally responsible.
Maybe just as a start we stop sending trillions to fund overseas war...

Each of us has to work within a budget (or we go bankrupt).
The government should be subject to the same rules.
(AND the corollary should be that their ability to tax must be constrained--politicians must not be allowed to unilaterally increase taxes whenever they feel they need more "revenue")
