For example, yes, no one is denying there have been time periods on Earth that have been far warmer than today. But the Earth was also drastically different during those time periods as well that wouldn't be conducive to the society that humans have built up today. The rate of our warming is also far faster than time periods of natural cycles (such as milankovitch cycles). Those cycles take place over thousands of years are the warming is a result of increased solar intensity (due to Earth being closer to the sun). Again, the facts I listed above exclude this as being a possible cause.
Finally, the website you linked to was started by William O'Keefe who was also a former CEO of the George C Marshall Institute and American Petroleum Institute that has been peddling climate change misinformation for decades as shown in now public archival documents.
