Check out Firstmate. Suddenly it feels like I can be a project manager and trust that what I get will be pretty well coded, with tests, and checked before being merged.
Then when I have the features, I tell it to make it pretty so that someone would WANT to use it and boom!
So far it's built a scraper and data collection tool to help me with market research projects and I finally feel like I won't need to reinvent it again next month.
