I have Ubuntu on a 2TB external SSD with knots and sparrow installed at present. Allows me to boot anywhere and have my chain data and wallets (signed by my coldcards, no keys on hot devices).

That's my present "node2go" setup, and then I have core v29 and sparrow on my main desktop as a redundant node.
