@verita84 has been pointing out that CSAM content has been festering on Primal and Ditto media servers and somehow he's the bad guy.
I pointed out that @The Fishcake (nostr.build) has gone to painstaking lengths to prevent this sort of thing on @nostr.build and that while it's hard work it's work you gotta do. That got no response other than a repeat that users should just report that stuff if they see it.
