There, thats it, that the whole of my consideration.
For the longest time i just let my hair grow until it anoyed me (in my face, takes ages to dry etc) and i just buzzed it all off myself.
Other than general decency standards (i think people that go outside dressed improper should be fined (or whiped frankly, corporal punishments need to be reconsidered) for poluting the public space) i really dont care how i look
