i ask, because imho this is one of the nastiest attempts for control under the usual guise of protecting kids. In USA reportedly 17 states are oreparing some version of this insanity which when implementer can only result in one of more of these options:
1. kids cant learn linux anymore, thus robbing them of what we had as kids
2. kid database and you can imagine how this will go after first hack
3. more intrusive politics and demands into otherwise free and open source
