Yeah I can be a tricky one to get going. My starter is about 14-15years old now. How I’ve not killed it I don’t know, it is pretty resilient though, tough love.
that's good going! I've never managed to get it off the ground, seems to want to eat a whole bag of flour before I can even start baking! My kefir grains on the other hand are very strong and easy to keep!
