I don't know about that, my understanding is that with taproot the public keys are not hashed so they are exposed to long range attacks. But I don't really know for sure.
They are exposes to a quantum attack. I'm not sure of the time-locked multi signature element adds any protection against quantum computers. U also think this dude is overblown, but there's a non-zero chance someone discovers a way to make a quantum computer within the next 20 years.
