No Open Source project can accept AI based contributions unless the licenses and copyright owners of all code on which the LLM has been trained on (or at least those which were used for the generated code, if the LLM supports that) are known and listed together with the AI generated contribution. Otherwise the project's code must be considered tainted with non-free code.
