Yeah, if you use a signer you will see a lot of activity in the background, because for every message there is a lot of encryption / wrapping / unencrypting and fetching previously scheduled notes to keep everything as private as possible.

If you want to check yourself what is going on you can create a new nostr account and set amber to manually sign every every event when scheduling a post so you can see the steps required or check the code on GitHub.

@npub1t6jxf... I don't think we can "automate" this as encryption/sealing/wrapping etc... will always be required in the design we want to achieve. Is it more of a question of how frequently you are comfortable setting up your signer to prompt you to manually sign events
