No. It's a valid term in economics. Not just Saif, come on.

I first heard it used in 2000 on my first year of Business Computing.

Feel free to use whatever you want, but using a precise term hints there a domain, yet unknown to the listener, that they have a gap in and should get curious.

Consider a proposal to not saying hash, or ZK proof because it's confusing to a newbe.
