Does anyone own, or have used a Byrna? Interested in accuracy and ease of use. Worth it?

My husband owns a couple.
He tested it a couple of times but that was a while ago & I wasn't too convinced of its effectiveness.
It does look and almost feels like a real gun.
I'd have to ask the husband to get more cartridges & balls so we can go use it again. I believe he had found alternative "ball suppliers," but the last 3 years we've been hit w/extreme family crisis after crisis, so we haven't gotten a chance to do anything fun for a long time.
ASP on YouTube had made a comment on it on one of their videos. He didn't seem very impressed with it. (Active Self Protection).
