Learning #NESDEV questions: Does it normally take multiple frames to fully clear the nametable? When I try to just do a loop to clear it during NMI, it seems to only clear 1/3 of the screen.

@nprofile1q... Yeah, you need to do it incrementally or disable the PPU. If you are clearing the screen that’s sort of best case anyway since you probably want the screen to go black anyway?
