If bitcoin wins there won't be any governments to do the surveillance. And input joining and other anonymity features would inevitably continue to make bitcoin ever more private. But altcoins are dead ends apriori. They cannot succeed by definition.

What we need to end the banks is for people to divest from dollars and euros. It can't really be done secretly, they'll know when you close all your fiat accounts. We need at least ~5% or so of the eaths productive people to opt out of slavery. And hyperbitcoinization will handle the rest.
