Didn’t grow up with a garbage disposal and I’m convinced they’re the most terrifying, useless appliance that works about as well as printers aka about 15% of the time.

When my parents got their kitchen remodeled they left space for a garbage disposal and my dad didn’t know what that was and just put a little ice machine in there.
