Sounds like you have things well in hand. My personal opinion is that everyone has two privacy levels to keep their eyes on.
One is set by your personal threat model. It’s different for everyone and it’s your bare minimum. Go below that and you’re running at risk.
The other is going to be your own personal comfort level. Typically higher than your threat minimum but not always. Some people go to extremes and that’s ok as long as you’re aware of it and that’s what makes you comfortable.
So that was a long rambling way to say figure out what your bare minimum is and as long as you stay above that you are fine. Otherwise, go as far as you want!
