Two servings I will never understand:
- Shrimp with tails on
- Large fish pieces with bones on
The flavor does not change at all - do the test. You will need a large amount of bones or shrimp shells...
i think it's about cost & competition more work for the kitchen means higher price for their time. If they can keep the price lower by leaving them, I get it.
