I had to take a ling break from #bitcoin in 2019 for exactly those reasons, it made such a difference!
The energy was back, my understanding hree more and more and eventually I had basically no more altcoins. (Just a few worth nothing that I couldn’t sell)
I thought I planned well for the comming bear market in 2022 so I put most of the btc in Celsius!
Another very very hard lesson to learn.
Guard every #sat as if the bitcoin price is ar least $1mil
Start share sats more with people you talk to, don’t explain to much, just share.

Study bitcoin and help spread the word with @bitcoin.rocks
Stay focused, don’t stress about price, aducate others, be thankful and stack #sats.
