Nostr, @Katie Ross and I are going on a 20 year wedding anniversary cruise next summer. I am extremely excited, because I'll be able to travel to places that I've wanted to explore my entire life and I'll get to experience these places with my wife!

Santorini, Greece
Ephesus (Kusadasi), Turkey
Mykonos, Greece
Olympia (Katakolon), Greece
Rome (Civitavecchia), Italy

I've started looking at shore excursions and things to do at each of our ports. I believe I have a few of these already figured out (Sicily, Athens, Olympia, Rome) however, I'd like to hear all of your thoughts and recommendations if you've been to any of these locations or live there :) What do we do in Barcelona, Santorini, Mykonos, and Ephesus?

Consider getting scuba certified (if you aren’t already) Greece supposedly has great dive spots (though I’ve never been) Scary at first, but some of the best experiences I’ve had with my wife are from scuba diving together
