I am sorry to hear, heartbreak is terrible. But luckily you get over it. The most important thing for you now is to make sure your kid has the opportunity to grow and prosper to a balanced future.
As a woman … I left my ex 5 MONTHS after he started growing weed. ( told him this is a dealbreaker from the start, we were together 9 months. ) Most women do not want drugs or anything that is associated with that. It is not a safe environment for kids either.
My HUSBAND married me after 13 months together. We are together 6 years soon and have future plans, enterpreneurship etc. Lived in 3 countries during this time. He has not been able to work all the time, but he was always planning the future, and is finally working now and our plan continues. Regardless of who you are and what are your means and assets, the point is to find your future plan & ambitions. Everyones best bet in their life is to try to improve and be better. And no, it does not always mean money, life can be very fulfilling with less financial assets as well, as long as you are able to provide to your family and are a decent human being.
