Last night remembered it's almost solstice and that there's got to be an immersion coming... And sure there is. Gonna be doing this for the next two days. Catching up on the first session from yesterday.

Kundalini yoga has saved my life a least a few times over the last 15 years. Done a bunch of these immersions with my teacher, in person with a couple hundred folks and online with a global sanga... but the last one was a while back during the big Saturn Jupiter conjunction around winter solstice 2020.

And now seems just the perfect time to get back into the practice. #kundaliniyoga
