What are the odds that the government defines the operators as money transmitters like Senator Warren was suggesting?
Very high I would say, that's why they are implementing that UMA stuff fully compliant, this can become an issue in LN in my understanding, if a merchant uses UMA he won't accept an anonymous LN payment I guess.
