3) e-Cash ( @Cashu/ @Fedimint): Already providing the digital bearer instrument and offline privacy the ECB claims to be "researching".
4) Open Terminals: Solutions like @Numo Pay and @Square’s new auto-enablement are already live for millions of merchants.
