Faroe Islands will be new for me. I have been to Germany, the Netherlands, and Belgium before. Anyone have favorite places in those countries? Or I may go a bit east for a bit... a bit of Poland.

I recommend Czechia honestly. Clean, safe, affordable, awesome historic sights, good food and great beer. Basically a budget version of Germany.
