18/6 is hard. Do you train regularly? If yes, what? I find it difficult when doing strength training. Even more difficult not to eat being at home at the weekend, but that's on me 😄

Been doing the 16/4 for a couple weeks. Needed to get my diet / exercise routine back into check it’s been a big help. Was getting too fat. 209 to 204 today - another ~15 lbs to get to my target weight
