Keeping certain user data off-relay allows for a crude form of key rotation. Importing reputation and experience to a nostr key (like GitHub through verified gists) protects a user from needing to start from 0.

NLA: Nostr Login Apps? Liwn apps: Login-with-Nostr apps? L-07 apps: Login with NIP07? These will have a continuous use case with potentially 100% private login management, and the website doesn't need any info to manage access. What do you mean login with Nostr? Do you mean authenticate with your Nostr nsec? This would be cryptographic authentication. Interesting questionb though. I think degree to which the app uses/adhears to NIPS defined in the protocol matters more than how/if the events are transmitted.
