To create and edit spreadsheets you install geogram, runs locally on the phone or laptop if you prefer. For basic formulas or accounting and file sharing is good enough.
It isn't meant as full replacement for excel/libreoffice. This is something you use when nobody else around has internet to access google docs nor laptops running Office/Libreoffice because often a phone is one of the last things on the pocket that you can afford to carry.
