For now this is not publishing to relays as the main data source thats just stored as NIP-44 encrypted blobsin the DB - there is a backup PR which is close that will back this up as a series of signed events you could replay to relays though.
For now I wanted to just use Nostr for the ID and cryptography but not worry too much about dealing with relays where I didn't really need them.
