The product section at the bottom loads after 30 seconds but the clips and replays aren't loading.

It seems like your phone is not connecting to relays successfully. Internet connection may be the culprit.
On the browse screen you can pull down from the top to refresh and force it to reconnect.
On going live, the phone has to discover your live event before it can post to your live chat, which should be very quick, but perhaps if your internet connection is slow might take a moment.
