Regarding the three reasons you mentioned:
1. I am over 16.
2. I’ve been on Substack for over two years.
You don’t even need to mention those. They come across as unnecessarily defensive.
The only point that really matters is this:
3. I shouldn’t be subject to the local laws of a country I neither live in nor am a citizen of. And I certainly shouldn’t be required to prove that I’m not.
